FIRED UP AND PAINTING
In 2011, Sarah embarked on a new chapter with the establishment of Fired Up and Painting, a vibrant paint-your-own-pottery studio nestled within the charming Aston Springs Farm. This bustling studio, located alongside a bistro and other businesses, quickly became a hub for creativity and community.
Decorative Ceramics
Since the birth of Fired up arts and painting, Sarah has been creating her own range of ceramic pieces which includes her triple nesting bowls, sgraffito pots, and quirky houses perched on hills and stumps, all crafted with a touch of whimsy and a vibrant palette.
Sarah's paintings
Since 2023, Sarah has dedicated herself to her own painting practice. Her work encompasses a diverse range of styles, from large-scale canvases with subtle tones and solitary figures inspired by vast seascapes to vibrant landscapes featuring small hamlets and cascading wildflowers.
Inspiring Creativity
Sarah's passion for art extends beyond her work. She offers a variety of acrylic and watercolour workshops, encouraging students to explore their creativity and discover their artistic potential. These workshops provide a supportive environment where individuals can learn and grow beyond their expectations.

Sarah's passion for art began early, culminating in a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting. She dedicated 15 years to sharing her knowledge, teaching painting and drawing to adults in Further Education colleges. Sarah's commitment to nurturing creativity continued as she guided art societies and groups, inspiring countless individuals.
