By accessing and using this website, and by purchasing our workshops or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Workshop Bookings and Payments

Workshop bookings are made through our website (www.sarahmoss.art) and require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is payable in person via card machine, cash, or through a website payment link. All workshop fees and deposits are clearly stated on the workshop booking page. Payment confirms your place in the workshop. We reserve the right to change workshop fees at any time. Any changes will be announced prior to the workshop date.

2. Workshop Attendance and Cancellations

Workshop dates are set, and rescheduling is not available. If you are unable to attend a booked workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. The deposit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided. Participants are expected to arrive on time for workshops. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during workshops.

  • Notification: Please inform us of your inability to attend as soon as possible.

  • Deposit Policy: Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Us: In the event we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.

  • Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive on time for workshops. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during workshops.

3. Workshop Materials and Conduct

All necessary art materials are provided for workshops. The size of paintings created during workshops varies and will be specified on the workshop booking page. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the workshop if their conduct is disruptive or unsafe. We reserve the right to take photos and videos during the workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us prior to the workshop.

4. Online Store Purchases and Shipping

Online store purchases (prints, merchandise, original art pieces) are processed through our website (www.sarahmoss.art). Payment is required at the time of purchase. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2-10 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Original art pieces are shipped with appropriate insurance. Damaged or lost items during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
